• Excavation depth was about 9.00m ( Two basement )

• Excavation works amount 24,000 m3

• Soldier pile shoring system was used

• Anchoring work for one row to support shoring system

• About 90 anchors were used total length = 15.00 m

  fixed length = 10.00 m free length = 5.00 m four strands size 15.70

• Dewatering system using well point system for two levels using about

  8 dewatering pumps.

• Concrete work of 2.00 m thickness raft ( 4,500 m3)

• Retaining walls of the two basements

• 23 slabs upper ground level
