Site is located an Al-Jaffaly old compound - Khobar city.

• Excavation depth was about 14.00 m (Four basement)

• Excavation works amount 31,000 m3

• Soldier pile shoring system was used

• Anchoring work for three rows to support shoring system

About 80 anchors were used for the first row

• About 80 anchors were used for the second row

• About 80 anchors were used for the third row

Dewatering system using well point system for two levels using about 6 dewatering pumps.

• Concrete works for the tower (4 basements with walls and 13 floors )
